The jewellers do exceptionally phenomenal precise clean work to the point that you can’t tell there was any work done. I have waited a full year to post on this new ring set that was custom made for me by Victoria Jewelers. I wanted to see how it all held up over time. I cannot believe the amazing quality of these rings. I have never had jewelry that after 1 year had no need for any tightening or adjusting, no loose stones, nothing wrong at all! I LOVE my new wedding set. My husband and I are celebrating 25 years this year so we got these last year because I just couldn’t wait! Hillary Jones helped us design it from scratch. Brian Hunt and his team did the rest. It has turned out to be quite the stunner. I get compliments every single time I am out. It shines so bright. All the diamonds from the stunning center 4.03 carat radiant stone to the diamonds that are alongside the setting are really great quality! We set the center stone in 14K white gold so it would really shine. The rest is all in 14K yellow gold. They even added 2 solid gold sizing beads on the inside of the engagement ring so that it would lessen the spinning issues due to the top heavy center stone. The wedding band is a beautiful bright diamond eternity band in 14K yellow gold to match the engagement ring. I could not be happier with my gorgeous rings. I definitely have to have pretty nails all the time now! You get what you pay for. The quality and service is unmatched. This is what a jewelry store is supposed to be like. Don’t think twice. I have ZERO regrets. I have a set that I love that I know will last me FOREVER. Worth every penny. This is why VICTORIA JEWELERS has my business now and will continue to so long as I am blessed enough to be able to be a customer.

I highly recommend Victoria Jewelers. Brian was incredible to work with and did an amazing job helping me design and create the perfect engagement ring. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall experience were outstanding. I have worked with them twice now, both times they were so kind and helpful. I entrusted them with my wedding band and engagement ring (which the wedding band was my grandmothers so it’s a precious family heirloom!) I have complete trust and faith in them, and I have had many bad experiences with jewellers being snobby, rude and condescending in the past. Victoria jewellers is the only place I go with my jewellery and I appreciate how they took great care with my ring, communicated kindly and intentionally, and did a wonderful job both times. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have been customers of Victoria Jewelers for years. He purchased my engagement ring and wedding band as well as other gifts from there. Every time we come in to have our jewelry serviced or cleaned we are met with friendly and personable staff. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler. Coming from NY my family always had a trusted jeweler. After moving to orlando 20 years ago it was hard finding someone that I trusted with my family jewelry that was passed down. I have a chain and custom charm that my mother had made for my father. Victoria jewelers was recommended to me by a friend and they have been nothing but spectacular since the first day. Great service, friendly people, and their work is top of the line. There’s no one else in orlando I trust with my jewelry other then them. Highly recommend, Dustin is the man has helps me but everyone in the there is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dustin and his team was amazing with designing my custom engagement ring and wedding band. They always are so welcoming whenever I come in for a ring cleaning and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make the clients feel like family. I was having issues with a ring that was my favorite. Victoria’s Jeweler’s has been amazing to get it fix right. I thought it looked good when they first fixed it, but they weren’t happy with the work. They went back to fix it and WOW they did an amazing job. Still in love with my ring. Always such great service that really look at every detail. Can’t wait for more jewelry from them to add to my collection

I cannot put into words how absolutely magical and perfect my ring is!! After my fiance proposed, he walked me through the ring process and I couldn’t be more grateful to Hillary for making our dream ring with him! He went to multiple jewelers for the customization process and no one was as dedicated and personal than the team at Victoria Jewelers. I had such a great experience customizing an engagement ring for my now fiancée at Victoria Jewelers. The entire process was incredibly easy and fully customizable from start to finish. Jeff was amazing! He guided me through every step, offered helpful insights, and made sure everything went perfectly. What really stood out was how he managed to have the ring completed by the exact date I wanted to propose, even when I didn’t think it would be possible.
